Your enemy is the person who punishes you for helping them. Your friend is the one who offers help when you have nothing to offer in return. To rule over others, gain the ability to hurt them, then help them instead. Weak people can't be virtuous; you can only be a good person if you have the ability to hurt someone but choose not to.
